The Problem:
Guests currently struggle because of long wait times, crowded general admission, and the inability to leave and return.
The Solution:
To help pass the time while concert goers wait to see their favorite artists, The Green Room creates a hybrid in-person and mobile experience: a new piece of infrastructure will house pre-doors activities that are directly associated with the Anthem (i.e. merch, bar, water, bathrooms, customer service) and a mobile site/app will utilize a digital queue system to help save guests' spots in line.

The Green Room plays on performance venues' typical pre- and post-show lounges. While this queue is not meant to entirely suspend guests’ disbelief, who doesn’t want to feel treated like a VIP before seeing their favorite artist? With design language that emulates vinyl records and alternative rock, yet is still representative of the Anthem, The Green Room lets guests feel like a star before seeing their favorite star.
