Over the course of ten weeks, I independently conducted a research, development, and prototyping series to create a business concept that was unique, feasible, viable, and desirable in an industry of our choosing. As a performer and advocate for the performing arts, I oriented my research toward the performing arts industry, specifically its management.

Choreogo™ will help performing arts leaders who feel isolated within or disillusioned by the industry in three ways:
Education and Certification: The program will include company-sponsored modules on strategic thinking, accounting and finance, program development, legal, innovative thinking, business intelligence, emotional intelligence, and more. The user will receive an official certification from the corresponding partnering organization.
Community Page: Designed for casual conversations among performing arts leaders, members will have the opportunity to engage in discussions and share their personal experiences. The informal format alleviates the stress of asking for help within your own organization. Users will be able to learn from one another, easily access crowdsourced information, and share upcoming events and performances. This community page will serve as an online hub across different metro and geographic areas.
1-on-1 Consulting: At higher paying tiers, a personalized consultant will provide 1-on-1 support for specific issues within your organization. Our “rolodex” of consultants from several different professional areas can be booked directly through our website. For ease of use, we will host our own video chat service, but other video services such as Zoom or Google Meet, as well as in-person conversations, will be offered as options.
